‘Win a once in a lifetime running trip’
Prize Draw -Terms and Conditions
- 1.The promotion is a prize draw, which is open to anyone who completes a profile listing to register on runningotgether.co.uk.
- 2.No purchase necessary.
- 3.The competition is only open to people that meet the minimum registration requirements of runningtogether.co.uk.
- 4.Confirmation of registration on the website will ensure automatic entry into the prize draw. Should the registration be cancelled any time during the stated promotional period, the entry will be removed from the prize draw.
- 5.The prize is the choice of a running trip from 2.09 Events (www.209events.com) up to the value agreed between Runningtogether and 209 events. There is no alternative to the prize offered cash or otherwise.
- 6.The prize draw is only open to people aged 16 or over resident in the United Kingdom.
- 7.Only one entry per person is permitted.
- 8.The closing date for entries is December 23rd 2007. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random on December 24th 2007 and will be notified by email within 72 hours of the draw taking place.
- 9.The prize remains the property of runningtogether.co.uk until a winner is notified in writing and the winner has accepted the prize.
- 10.If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days, they will automatically forego the rights to claim for the prize and a new winner will be chosen.
- 11.No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable. The choice of break is subject to availability and the terms and conditions of 2.09 Events.
- 12.The draw is not open to employees of runningtogether.co.uk, their subsidiaries, families, agents, their affiliates or anyone involved in the 'Win a Once in a Lifetime Running Trip’ prize draw.
- 13.The winner may be asked to participate in non paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.
- 14.The promoter is runningtogether.co.uk. Any queries and comments should be directed to Matthew Howell at info@runningtogether.co.uk.
- 15.The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- 16.For the winner's details of the prize draw please send an email to:info@runningtogether.co.uk within 28 days of the draw date.
- 17.Runningtogether.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offer, at any time, without notice.
- 18.Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- 19.Any member trying to manipulate the results of the competition will be deleted from the database this includes people with multiple memberships and/or any other tactics that do not constitute fair play.
- Runningtogether.co.uk reserve the right to add, amend or change these terms at any time without notice.
